I’m Jake North. I’ve spent my working life on two sides of the same fence: systems, as IT admin for public schools, an engineering firm and Hewlett Packard, and the tools, as a trade assistant on sites and in mechanic and air con shops. I run Jetty on my own, out of Adelaide. Pest control because it’s a trade where the phone is the business, and most of what gets lost goes missing in the gap between a customer ringing and someone getting back to them.
